WEBSITE AND SERVICE TERMS

Pennie Murray, LLC provides educational, reflective, coaching-based, wellness, speaking, digital, and physical offerings. Programs, prices, schedules, products, and availability may change over time.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering or making a purchase.

​    

Pennie Murray, LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving inappropriate conduct, misuse of services, nonpayment, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.

EDUCATIONAL AND COACHING SERVICES

The Learning Spa gatherings, The ReEmerging SELF, Circle of Two Alliance, workshops, speaking engagements, reflective practices, and related offerings are intended to support self-reflection, personal growth, accountability, inner awareness, and decision-making.

​    

They are not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or other licensed mental-health services.

​    

No specific personal, financial, professional, emotional, spiritual, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Participants remain responsible for their own choices, boundaries, decisions, and actions, including whether and how they apply anything discussed or explored through participation.

​    

If you are experiencing significant emotional or psychological distress or need medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other specialized professional assistance, please consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional.

 

 

 

PURCHASES, WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars.

Physical Products

Physical-product return eligibility, return shipping requirements, damaged or incorrect orders, and applicable refund procedures will be described at the time of purchase or in the store's posted return policy.

​    

Products generally must be returned unused and in their original condition within the stated return period to qualify for a return.

​    

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless an error or defective product is attributable to Pennie Murray, LLC or its fulfillment provider.

​

Digital Products

Because downloadable digital products can ordinarily be accessed immediately, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery or access unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated at the time of purchase.

Individual Workshops and Short-Term Gatherings

Withdrawal and refund terms for individual workshops, events, or short-term Learning Spa gatherings will be stated on the applicable registration or event page.

​    

If Pennie Murray, LLC cancels an event and does not offer a suitable rescheduled date or equivalent alternative, registered participants will receive an appropriate refund for the canceled service.

ENROLLMENT, WITHDRAWAL, AND REFUNDS

Enrollment in The ReEmerging SELF — Four-Month Guided Group Journey represents a commitment to a four-month guided group experience.

​

10-Day Withdrawal Period

You may cancel your enrollment by providing written notice to info@penniemurray.com within 10 calendar days of the original enrollment date.

​    

If we receive timely notice during this period, we will issue a full refund of payments made toward The ReEmerging SELF, subject to any clearly disclosed non-refundable third-party transaction charges and applicable law.

​

After the 10-Day Withdrawal Period

Participants may discontinue participation at any time.

​    

Refunds for participants who paid the program fee in full will be based on the point in the four-month experience at which written withdrawal is received:

    

• Within 10 calendar days: 100% refund of the program fee.​

     ​

After the 10-day withdrawal period:

• Through the end of Month 1: 75% refunded

• During Month 2: 25% refunded

• Beginning of Month 3: 15% refunded

• Beginning of Month 4: no refund

     

The pay-in-full option includes an enrollment discount. Any applicable refund is calculated from the discounted amount actually paid, not from the standard installment-plan price.

     

The refund percentage is based on the program’s scheduled progression, not the number of sessions attended.

      

For participants using a monthly payment arrangement, payments already made are non-refundable after the 10-day cancellation period.

Future recurring payments will stop once written notice of withdrawal is received.

Missed Sessions

Because The ReEmerging SELF is a group experience, missed live sessions generally do not qualify for refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursement.

​    

Any recordings, materials, make-up opportunities, or alternative resources offered for a missed session are provided at the discretion of Pennie Murray, LLC and do not alter the refund policy.

Program Changes or Cancellation by Pennie Murray, LLC

Pennie Murray, LLC may make reasonable changes to session dates, facilitators, delivery format, or program logistics when circumstances require.

​    

If Pennie Murray, LLC permanently cancels The ReEmerging SELF before the four-month experience is completed and does not provide a reasonably comparable alternative, participants will receive a refund of the portion of the program fee attributable to services not provided.

Circle of Two Alliance

Circle of Two Alliance is an optional one-to-one accountability service available in connection with The ReEmerging SELF when offered.

​    

Any applicable fee, session length, withdrawal window, rescheduling policy, and follow-up provisions will be disclosed when the session is scheduled.

​    

Completed sessions and sessions canceled outside the stated withdrawal period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, original written content, graphics, worksheets, practices, program materials, audio, video, course materials, brand elements, and other original content appearing on or distributed through Pennie Murray, LLC and The Learning Spa are owned by Pennie Murray, LLC or used with permission.

​    

Purchasing or participating in a program gives the participant permission to use materials for their personal use only unless written permission provides otherwise.

​    

Program materials may not be reproduced, taught, sold, published, distributed, uploaded, substantially adapted, or used to create competing commercial products or services without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict lawful uses permitted under applicable copyright law.

Trademarks

Names, phrases, logos, and other brand identifiers owned by Pennie Murray, LLC may be protected by trademark law.

​    

Use of protected brand identifiers in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or ownership by another person or organization is prohibited without permission.

CONFIDENTIALITY IN GROUP EXPERIENCES

Participants in group gatherings may hear personal reflections or experiences shared by other participants.

We ask each participant to respect the privacy of the group and not disclose another participant's personally identifying story or confidential sharing outside the gathering without that person's permission.

While Pennie Murray, LLC establishes this expectation, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

Testimonials and Participant Experiences

Testimonials, participant comments, and examples appearing on the website represent individual experiences.

Do not interpret them as promises or guarantees that another participant will experience the same outcome.

External Links and Third-Party Services 

The website may contain links to external websites, applications, payment processors, scheduling services, social platforms, or other third-party resources.

Pennie Murray, LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of independent third parties.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms and Privacy disclosures may be updated periodically as our services, website, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.

Material changes affecting an existing paid program will not ordinarily be applied retroactively in a manner that materially reduces a participant's existing contractual rights.​
