The Power of SELF-Permission is a 4-Month Group Coaching Circle for the woman who has spent years being strong, dependable, and available to everyone else yet has little time for herSELF—guided by Dr. Pennie Murray’s book, Giving MySELF Permission, and the SELF Somatic Consciousness Flow. The experience examines the invisible scripts that shape how she shows up, what she settles for, and how she navigates life. During this 4-Month Journey, you’ll be guided by principles from the book: Giving MySELF Permission: Putting Fear and Doubt in Their Place Month 1: Rhythm & Blues. You explore the old rhythm you have been living by—the false reflection, the performance, the emotional coping mechanism that once helped you survive, but unconsciously taught you to question your worth or shrink your truth. Month 2: The True Colors of MySELF. You begin recognizing what your SELF has been trying to get you to know beneath fear, doubt, old labels, and other people’s expectations. Month 3: A Bloom From Mud & Ash. You'll explore practicing living differently without denying where you have been or shaming what helped you make it through. Month 4: My Journey, My Way. You'll write a brief Inner Mirror Story, choose one small sovereign step toward practicing SELF-permission in real life, and leave with a self-defined rhythm for continuing the work—without needing someone else to authorize your truth. This Journey invites you to slow down and listen to the truth your SELF has been trying to speak but silenced by the noise of fear, doubt, guilt, and self-betrayal.
