We provide culturally specific holistic services, workshops, and community to help us rediscover, heal, reconnect, and liberate our Sacred Expressive Life Force™ (SELF). We also feature African-American mind/body/spirit products to cleanse and maintain our space of being IN-Wellness.
The Learning Spa: Cultural INner Wellness Oasis focuses on healing the "OUCH" within the African American community. We're committed to restoring self-trust to this community, which, robbed of its history, origin, and culture, struggles with an indoctrinated mindset of inferiority.

Our goal is NOT to abolish or repress the past but instead convert it into energy that will help us manifest the highest good for ourselves and others. The Learning Spa: Cultural INner Wellness Oasis provides a safe space to share and learn diverse holistic wellness practices without judgment. We're dedicated to rediscovering and reconnecting with the divine power of giving our Sacred Expressive Life Force™ (SELF)permission to reveal our most authentic life's gifts and purpose.

Healing the OUCH! Within
The OUCH! is the divide between our sensory self and our connection to our Sacred Expressive Life Force™ (SELF). A division that occurs when we face significant emotional disruptions in life, leading us to detach from and lose sight of our innate identity—our true SELF. The more intense the emotional disruption, the wider the separation gap becomes.

The phrase "Healing the "OUCH" within" is not meant to minimize the historical, psychological wounds and damaging residue inflicted on the psyche of the African American community. Instead, it's a nurturing phrase that dignifies the tremendous depth of our historical scars, allowing us to honor and minister to those wounds and scars with compassion and grace. More importantly, one can safely engage in culturally immersive experiences that value their unique Life.

In the sanctity of The Learning Spa, our members and guests have access to private meditation sanctuaries, a touchless technology relaxation lounge, educational workshops, a sacred gift shop, and other restful healing activities of their choice. They will also enjoy the energy and ambiance of “community” and a safe environment of belonging while taking an “emotional pause” from the demands of life to engage in radical self-care practices, cultural awareness programs, and emotional relaxation.
